With the advent of the 5G era and the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the era of the Internet of Everything (IoE) has arrived. Traditional flat-panel displays that only provide basic display functions can no longer meet the growing demand for multifunctional digital integration services. Next-generation display technology and system solutions that integrate machine vision, image/voice recognition, and cloud computing storage will become a key trend in the display industry. To provide “more differentiated” products, a “more flexible” production model, and a “more adaptable” business operation, we plan to leverage European hubs, digital marketing, CRM, LinkedIn, and cross-border e-commerce to integrate customer needs, preferences, and the production process. With Taiwan as our design center, we aim to implement a business strategy of “one design, two manufacturing bases, three sources of materials, four major regions,and five vertical markets,” positioning the company as a provider of AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) solutions with unique display features.

 

In terms of corporate governance, LITEMAX places innovation and transformation at its core, consistently demonstrating strong operational resilience and striving to maximize value for all stakeholders while fulfilling our social responsibilities and committing to sustainable business practices.

LITEMAX is also dedicated to environmental protection, supporting the Paris Climate Agreement and the 2050 Net-Zero goal. We implement various energy-saving and carbon-reduction initiatives, such as upgrading equipment, using energy-efficient lighting, developing low-power consumption products, and advancing e-paper technology applications. Through technological innovation, we aim to reduce energy use and carbon emissions, promoting harmony between technology and nature and contributing as a responsible global citizen in the fight against climate change.

Furthermore, the company emphasizes fostering positive labor-management relations and maintaining open, zero-distance communication channels, while encouraging employee participation in social welfare activities. This approach creates synergistic effects that benefit both the company and society.

Despite uncertainties posed by the changing global political and economic landscape, we continue to drive transformation and innovation, implement medium- and long-term strategies, and enhance product development and innovation.
